Shipping & returns

 
You must obtain permission from us before returns are made. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization Number and a copy of your invoice.  Any returns made with out an authorization number and an invoice will not be processed. We accept returns of products within 30 days of your order.  All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  We do not accept returns of any item ordered after 30 days.  
 
  • If the item(s) was sent out to you in error, damaged or is missing pieces, we will pay the full cost of shipping out new/correct items and picking up the damaged/incorrect items.
  • If you ordered the wrong item or decide you no longer need the item after it has shipped, You will be responsible to pay all shipping costs associated with the item.

 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER OR SPECIALLY MADE ITEMS! THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON TRAILERS OR TITLED VEHICLES AFTER THE TITLE HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SIGNED OVER TO THE CUSTOMER!
